Daniel J Barnes Dan began life as a miniscule larva, floating about the liminal pond world. He later grew up to be a gold fish at a carnival in Cardiff, Wales. Since losing his gills, he has seen many more transformations, from actor, to comedian, to musician, director, producer and events manager. His favourite songs usually feature Michael Buble’s dulcet tones, much to Artie’s distaste. FUN FACT: Dan is also a qualified electrician. www.danieljbarnes.co.uk |
Artie Godden
Artie is a punctual, hard-working operative, very experienced at flourishing in different, often highly pressurised working environments. He is multi-skilled, coming with several adaptable attachments. He would describe himself as a people person, having spent 99% of his life as a person. He is happy to re-write this covering letter if it will get him the job. (Why do I have to apply for this so formally, Dan?) Please see attached CV. But really though...
Dan and Artie met at an open day for the University of Bristol in 2015, and have been creating work together ever since: a feature film, several short films, a fringe show, and a theatrical clown show based on Samuel Beckett's Endgame, and various bands and musical ensembles.
They have both toured the UK extensively as professional actors, performing at prestigous theatres such as Bristol Old Vic, The Lowry (Manchester), and the Birmingham Town Hall.
Training includes: Philippe Gaulier, Jango Edwards, Holly Stoppit, John Wright and many more...
